What makes my job interesting is that there are many moving parts involved in delivering what we do, it’s so fast paced, and every day is different. I enjoy the challenge of constantly striving to improve operational efficiency and the quality of our residents’ experience at every touch point.
Alston holds a master’s degree in hospitality management and trained as a qualified chef. He has more than 20 years of hospitality operations experience in a variety of venues including Asia Pacific cruise lines, world-class hotel chains and large sporting venues.
He is very passionate about food and creating unique dining experiences and was instrumental in setting up all the hospitality operations at The Landings. Alston says he enjoys building strong relationships with our residents and their families and delivering a five-star experience to all our residents and guests.
