About Greg

Greg Catt, Facilities Manager

Greg is the Facilities Manager at The Landings and oversees all maintenance needs for the residents and the village. Greg was previously a self-employed gardener and was introduced to The Landings when a previous customer moved in and contracted him to do their gardening. He was soon providing gardening services for several residents and subsequently became a casual employee and then a full-time employee.

Greg has spent the last 10 years working on beautifying and enhancing the gardens and maintaining the fire trail. During this time, he’s forged a lot of friendships and gained a lot of knowledge from many residents who he thinks of as friends.

Having worked here for so many years, Greg sees his job as Facilities Manager as an opportunity to further the services offered and help residents in a different way. Greg attributes much of his growth and development to the residents, saying ‘every one of the residents here have helped mould me into who I am today’.

He loves being able to assist and coordinate with his team to cater to residents’ maintenance needs and give back a little of what they’ve given him over the years.
