Many of our residents have no care needs and may never need care, but others may have low through to high care needs, and we cater to all levels of care. Before a resident moves into one of our villages, we meet with them to understand if they have any care needs, to ensure we develop a tailored care plan that suits each of our residents. If needed, our care team work hard to secure any care funding that an individual may need on their behalf. This can include things such as domestic home care services, to free up some of your time to allow you to enjoy more of what Greenway Views® has to offer, including the many social events in the village every week.
Private Respite Care provides a little extra support or care for a short period. It’s designed to benefit partners or primary caregivers who may need a break.
Aspire Aged Care by LDK is our new national aged care package, offering a genuine alternative to a nursing home. Delivering 24/7 care with Love, Decency & Kindness.

At LDK, we understand the importance of technology and the impact it can have on health, safety and social connections. Our technology suite has been designed with simplicity in mind and is focused on these key aspects, allowing residents to stay in their LDK home, while maintaining their privacy and independence. Our tailored digital offering ensures our residents and their families have access to the right information, technology and support when it’s needed most.
Dedicated, on-site technical support is available to all Greenway Views residents needing assistance with daily technology problems or queries. The Tech Help Bar is available five days a week and includes in-home services, demonstrations and regular workshops to help residents feel confident when using our state-of-the-art technology.
Additional products and services are available for residents and families looking for extra support where needed. These products will be tailored to each resident’s specific care requirements and can include:
+ a smart watch – designed for residents with high-care needs, this emergency response watch includes voice response and GPS location monitoring;
+ motion and AI sensors within apartments to help detect falls and resident behaviour changes;
+ surveillance within apartments – for residents or families who want additional monitoring for added peace of mind.
As a Village member, you will have access to a range of technology solutions, information and services, at no cost. These include:

It’s important that our residents feel empowered. Our LDK feedback and rating system allows residents to rate different aspects of village life. This system ensures LDK is held accountable to deliver on the promises made to our residents and their families. We will be working tirelessly to continuously improve all aspects of life at our Greenway Views Village.
The LDK Lifestyle App is designed to support seniors living at Greenway Views. This easy-to-use app helps residents connect with other residents and stay up-to-date with the latest news, events and support services at the village.
We will also have an online portal with information on scheduled care plans, care activity statements, contact details, carer message notifications and staff/carer feedback. This portal offers full transparency about care services and costs, providing certainty and peace of mind.
Every apartment at Greenway Views features an Eevi emergency response system for when residents need immediate help. The Eevi emergency response system works in conjunction with a Google Home Device and an Eevi Gateway, enabling residents to access immediate emergency support. These devices allow a two-way conversation between the resident and one of our care staff, so help is never far away. Residents will never worry whether someone is coming to assist them – as soon as an alarm is raised, they will receive an immediate voice response from one of LDK’s care team directly through the system. LDK also has proximity-based tracking to ensure the closest carer is dispatched immediately for more peace of mind.

Our residents are at the heart of everything we do. To make sure we’re doing the right thing, each quarter our residents rate us across a wide range of categories. This ensures that we are continually listening to our residents and improving the services that we offer.
*An NPS is an internationally recognised grading system, which helps business’s quantify their customers’ satisfaction. The grading goes from negative 100 to positive 100. Anything above 0 is good, 20-50 is favourable, 50-80 is excellent and 80+ is world class.
