As the Village General Manager at The Landings, Michael oversees every aspect of the smooth running of the village and service delivery to our residents.
He says, “We have an amazing village which is similar to an integrated 5-star resort, and my responsibility is to ensure every part of the resident experience matches their expectations and needs.”
Michael’s career background spans over three decades of experience in hospitality management, with diversity derived both in Australia and abroad, from operating in city centre hotels and island resorts, and managing pre-opening, transitions, refurbishments, and redevelopments.
Michael enjoys being able to draw on his knowledge and skills gained from previous roles, the variety of activity that comes with each day in the village, and the flexibility to introduce new innovation and exceed resident expectations across all aspects of the village.
