Jessica Kelly, Residents Services Manager

As our Residents Services Manager, Jessica coordinates residents’ move-ins and conducts regular wellbeing checks to ensure residents are warmly welcomed and feel at home in their new community at Greenway Views.

She manages the Concierge and ICT team, and the monthly lifestyle and activities plan which includes social activities within the village, the Supported Lifestyle Program, Milton’s Mail newsletter and snapshots monthly publication, Respite Program, shopping trips and Friday outings.

After completing a Bachelor of Hotel Management & Tourism at the University of Canberra, Jessica travelled through Europe and lived in the UK for 5 years. She developed her passion for travel and people, and their stories, and upon returning home, joined the Flight Centre Travel Group.

In her 15 years there, Jessica shared her love of travel with those who wanted to see the world and enjoyed being able to create lifetime memories for her customers, some becoming lifelong friends.

Jessica joined the LDK family in July 2023 and loves her role, describing it as ‘like visiting 400 grandparents each day’. She enjoys the people most; being able to engage in their stories and learn of their life experiences, plus getting to work alongside her ‘dream team’.

Her goal each day is to foster connection and inclusion, nurturing all residents to be a part of a thriving, happy, and fun community at LDK.
