Every Aspire Aged Care by LDK apartment at Greenway Views® features an Eevi emergency response system for when residents need help. The Eevi emergency response system works in conjunction with a Google Home Device and an Eevi Gateway, enabling residents to access immediate emergency support. These devices allow a two-way conversation between the resident and one of our care staff, so help is never far away. Residents will never worry whether someone is coming to assist them – as soon as an alarm is raised, they will receive a voice response from one of LDK’s care team directly through the system.
Additional products and services are available for residents and families looking for extra support where needed. These products will be tailored to each resident’s specific care requirements and can include:
+ a smart watch – designed for residents with high-care needs, this emergency response watch includes voice response and GPS location monitoring;
+ motion sensors within apartments to monitor for inactivity
Dedicated, on-site technical support is available to all Greenway Views residents needing assistance with daily technology problems or queries. The Tech Help Bar is available five days a week and includes in-home services, demonstrations and regular workshops to help residents feel confident when using our state-of-the-art technology.
