As our Clinical Case Manager Lead, Rudo is responsible for leading, supporting and mentoring our clinical case managers at Greenway Views who conduct resident assessments and develop care plans in consultation with residents and their loved ones.
Rudo brings over a decade of experience in various health settings. Having worked as an Environmental Health Technician, Rudo worked with vulnerable communities in Zimbabwe providing Health Education on communicable disease prevention and control. After moving to Australia in 2014, she began working with senior Australians in residential aged care and community aged care settings.
Working closely with LDK staff and our residents, Rudo enjoys the daily demonstrations of love, decency and kindness shown by our staff and reciprocated by residents which makes for a working environment that feels like one big family.
