You can move in before your home sells

We understand selling your home can be stressful and often takes times. This stress can be exacerbated where you need to move to access care and support services. That’s why we allow 90 days for settlement from the date you sign your application on your new home and pay your $5,000 deposit. Once you move in, you have the added peace of mind with a 100-day cooling-off period; to make sure you are happy in your new home.

You receive the care and support you need, at home

At LDK, we know that no individual’s ageing journey is the same. That’s why we take the time to get to know each resident and understand the care and support services they need and wish to receive. We partner with residents and their families to develop an individual care plan, then our friendly onsite care team deliver the care services in the privacy and comfort of a resident’s home. Each home is fitted with emergency call buttons, which residents can use in the event they have an accident or need assistance. With our team of Registered Nurses on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, residents and their loved ones have peace of mind knowing; we’re never far away.
