Dr Paresh Dawda

General Practitioner

Dr Paresh Dawda trained at The Royal London Hospital and completed postgraduate qualifications in England. He worked as a GP Principal and senior educator in the UK, supporting the NHS with quality and patient safety programs. Since migrating to Australia in 2012, Paresh has combined academic, clinical, and advisory roles. He is passionate about holistic care, believing health is more than medicine. His clinical focus includes chronic conditions and palliative care, and he values meaningful conversations with patients and families to understand their goals and what matters most.

Director & Senior Physiotherapist

Simon Kragh is an experienced physiotherapist and director at Southside Physio, with a strong commitment to helping people maintain mobility, strength and independence at every stage of ageing. With a background across private practice, sports teams and community care, Simon is passionate about ensuring older adults can access high-quality rehabilitation and preventative support. He brings extensive experience across diverse age groups, disabilities and paediatrics, with a focus on holistic, person-centred care. Simon partners with LDK to support residents in achieving meaningful functional outcomes and remaining active in daily life.

Matthew Boak

Physiotherapist

Matthew Boak is a Canberra-based physiotherapist with specialised experience in aged care, rehabilitation and the management of neurological and orthopaedic conditions. With a strong foundation in sports science and evidence-based treatment, Matt is dedicated to restoring function, reducing pain and improving overall quality of life for older adults. His approach blends education, manual therapy and tailored exercise programs to help individuals remain active and independent.
