LDK Amberfield Stage 1, built by Construction Control, was named 2025 Winner of the Master Builders and Asset Construction Hire Excellence Awards, Commercial Construction $20 million to $50 million.

The first stage included 52 beautifully designed villas and a vibrant clubhouse, offering both independent and care-assisted living options. Judges praised the project for its outstanding workmanship and thoughtful design.

Each villa features a brick veneer façade, fibre cement cladding, metal roofing and double-glazed windows. With single-storey steel frame and truss construction, these homes combine durability, style, liveability and flexibility.
