Can I bring my own furniture and personal items?

Yes. This is your home, and we encourage you to bring your furniture, personal treasures and even your pets.

Are pets welcome?

Yes. Pets are part of the family, and they’re welcome at LDK villages.

Costs and funding

How does funding for care work?

LDK operates under the consumer directed care model delivering services through personalised care plans. In home services can be funded through government funded programs such as Support at Home Program, DVA or NDIS. If you are eligible for government-funded care, we’ll help you secure it. We’ll also explain costs clearly so you know exactly what’s included and what’s not.

What’s included in the village fee?

The village fee covers services such as maintenance, security, village operations and access to lifestyle amenities. Care costs are separate and based on your individual needs.

Who is eligible for aged care at LDK?

Any older adult looking for personalised care in a warm, respectful environment is welcome at LDK. Whether you need support now or want peace of mind for the future, we’re here to help.

Every apartment includes discreet safety technology, and with staff onsite 24/7 you’ll always have immediate access to help in an emergency.
