Care Team

At The Landings, our Care Team provides genuine, person-centred support that helps residents live safely, independently and with dignity. With registered nurses and care staff onsite 24/7, they deliver everything from daily wellbeing checks to complex clinical care, always with compassion and respect.

The team includes Clinical Case Managers, Clinical Educators, Personal Care Assistants, Domestic Assistants and Drivers, all working together onsite to ensure every resident feels known, valued and truly cared for.

Led by our Hospitality Manager and Executive Chef, the Hospitality Team makes life at The Landings feel like a five-star experience. They create and serve restaurant-quality, seasonal meals in our dining room and café, combining fresh ingredients with friendly, attentive service.

Whether it’s a special celebration, a relaxed lunch or simply a chat over coffee, they bring warmth, flavour and joy to every occasion.

Led by our onsite General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the Village Operations Team keeps The Landings running seamlessly day to day. Bringing together Finance, Facilities, Resident Services, Reception and ICT Tech Bar Support, they ensure every aspect of village life flows smoothly.

From maintaining our breathtaking gardens to assisting with in-home technology, they are onsite experts in their fields, the welcoming faces, planners and problem-solvers who make daily life effortless for residents and families.
