What is a Short Stay?

A Short Stay is a temporary stay within the Greenway Views village, designed to help you experience our care-supported lifestyle, services and community.

Stays range from a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of four weeks. During your stay, you can enjoy:

  • Your own private, fully furnished studio apartment with open-plan living
  • Personalised care and support, if needed
  • Dining options, including chef-prepared meals
  • Our lifestyle and activities program
  • Access to village amenities and social spaces

What does it cost?

The Greenway Views Short Stays Experience is privately funded at $399 per day. This daily flat rate includes:

  • care support
  • meals
  • lifestyle activities
  • weekly apartment cleaning.

This all-inclusive approach allows you to focus on enjoying your stay while experiencing the comfort, care and community Greenway Views offers.

Please note, the daily fee does not include grocery items purchased from the on-site grocer, alcoholic beverages or ticketed or catered events within the village.

Government funding does not apply to the Short Stays experience.

If you decide to join our community as a permanent resident following your Short Stay, LDK will credit the full cost of your stay towards your weekly General Service Charge once you have settled into your new apartment.

Your stay at Greenway Views is designed to be comfortable, flexible and supportive. You’ll enjoy your own fully furnished apartment, delicious dining options, engaging activities and a range of thoughtful conveniences, with the freedom to host visitors, bring your pet and stay connected with loved ones.

Fully furnished studio apartment

Your private studio apartment is fully furnished and ready for you to settle into, with open-plan living designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Everything you need is close at hand, while the wider Greenway Views village is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.

Meals and dining

You have a variety of dining options during your stay:

  • prepare meals in your own apartment
  • purchase home-style meals from the on-site grocer
  • enjoy dishes prepared by our executive chef in the café or restaurant
  • arrange for meals to be delivered to your apartment.

Activities and lifestyle

When you arrive, you’ll receive a village activity program outlining the many social and lifestyle activities available during your stay.

You can participate in as much or as little as you like, with supported activities available if you would like additional assistance.

Personalised care and support

Enjoy confidence and peace of mind knowing personalised support is available whenever you need it during your stay. Tailored to your assessed needs, care services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and delivered by our experienced team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses and trained personal carers.

Village amenities

During your stay, you are welcome to explore and enjoy Greenway Views’ amenities, including cafés, restaurant, piano bar, theatre, wellness spaces and shared social areas.
