As the Chief Executive Officer, Byron holds the special role of ensuring the business lives and breaths the values of Love, Decency & Kindness at every level of the organisation.

Leaving behind a longstanding and successful legal career, Byron assumed the role of CEO of LDK for a vision and purpose he truly believes in. A key focus for Byron is to drive culture throughout the business, from the head office down to the village level to ensure that every resident’s experience is one that encompasses our key values of Love, Decency & Kindness.
